The Evandale Village Store is the original general store in the Georgian town of Evandale in the north of Tasmania. The building was purpose built as a general store and has operated continuously since. The shop interior still has the original 1843 fitout. So it was important to recognise the age and history of both the town and the building when we designed the logo and branding for the business. 

Evandale is one of the best preserved historic towns in Australia with it’s Georgian and Victorian buildings offering a unique glimpse into Australia’s past. The National Pennyfarthing Championships are held in late February each year and so it was important to include this as part of the visual identity.
